Due to outstanding growth we are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Two to five years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- A+ Certification (required)
- Network+ Certification (preferred)
- Dell, IBM, and HP Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform advanced complex repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of computers and peripherals.
- Knowledge in Microsoft windows, Lexmark printers and IBM laptops.
- Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments .
