Due to outstanding growth we are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-4 years of IT, litigation support, or paralegal experience in a law firm
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus
- Effective time management
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Windows NT and Windows XP.
- Legal environment experience preferred.
- Thorough working knowledge of full text retrieval systems / databases and Litigation Technology applications .
- Concordance, IPRO, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, Extractiva, LiveNote, Sanction, Word and Excel.
