Due to outstanding growth we are currently looking for a Rapid Response Engineer. Requirements:
2-4 years of experience
Familiar with Windows 2000 Pro, XP Pro, Server 2000, Server 2003, TCP I/P configuration, troubleshooting end user connection issues, router issues
Windows based network configuration protocols, mapping drives, installing software, understanding of modem strings/synchronization, familiarity with Remote software, Use of Microsoft Back office tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Log trouble tickets/calls from the user in tracking software.
Must Have a Car and will reimburst for all travel
Must have MCSE
Responsibilities:
Remote installation of company software applications.
Microsoft infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SAN, File/Print, Citrix and SQL, SharePoint, Terminal Services
Manage Statement of Work
Connect to client's environment using Remote software.
Provide end user customer support via Face to Face interaction.
Supporting Blackberry Devices.
Perform testing of network or supported applications to resolve the problem.
Perform testing of workstations, servers, and communication equipment, etc.
Manage product specifications
Excellent customer service and oral/written communication is a must.
